SIPMA WA 900 Slurry tanker
A SIPMA WA 900 Slurry tanker has self-supporting frame in the standard version which greatly increases the strength of the tankers. In this design they can be adapted to assemble a straight-to-soil applicator.
Three connectors provide a safe and ergonomic handling of the tanker. In standard, the tankers are equipped with three connector pipes: one on each side – left and right (one with a manually operated brazen valve and one blank) and one on the back – with a hydraulically operated brazen valve and a splash plate. On special request it is possible to install additional filler nozzle to the hatch.
Vacuum pumps of the Biattioni Paganini brand guarantee durability and reliability. On request it is possible to install pumps with different capacities.
The tank made of 5 mm thick metal sheet is hot galvanized on the inside and outside. The frame and the drawbar are painted with a special polyurethane paint. They can be galvanized on special order. Such a protection against corrosion allows long-term operation.
Support rings of a section used in the production of high-pressure tanks mean that the construction is safe and extremely durable.
Safety valves against excess and negative pressure make the tank resistant to damage caused by exceeding the nominal pressure. A tubular fill indicator allows for a full control of the filling process.
Internal partitions protect against violent overflow of the liquid, especially during sudden braking and also while driving on uneven ground with only partially filled tank. This allows for avoiding the adverse tank „swaying” and unnecessary overloads of the tractor hitch. Such two walls used in the 9000l slurry tanker is a distinctive feature in this market and allows for increasing the operation safety and customer satisfaction.
Adjustable axle position makes the use of the slurry tanker much easier, especially with additional equipment installed – it allows adjusting the load of the hitch.
In addition, the tankers can be equipped with different size tyres, different traction systems as well as other elements proposed by the customer.
