The SIPMA GROUP was founded in 1996 by the SIPMA S.A. The strong enterprise was astablished, associating selected industrial units, operating jointly on the market of farm equipment manufacturers. The consolidation of these companies, reflecting the world tendencies enabled the company to achieve the synergy effect. In addition, the use of outsourcing helped raise and maintain high quality in many areas of the companies’ activity. As a result, the SIPMA GROUP reached world level in the production of agricultural machinery. It would not be possible without the financial capacity, modern methods of management, financial and marketing policy common for all the companies comprising the GROUP, and especially without the dominant company, which is SIPMA S.A.
